With Fur, Feathers & Scales Mobile Vet, it’s all in the name!
I provide mobile veterinary care to cats, dogs and exotic pets, including rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, rats, mice, birds and reptiles.
Based in South West Sydney, I offer home visits throughout Greater Western Sydney and surrounding areas.
My aim is to make veterinary care more accessible to the community while providing a comfortable and familiar experience for pets. I understand that getting to a veterinary clinic isn’t always easy, and home visits can make a real difference for owners. For some animals, particularly exotic pets, travelling and unfamiliar environments can be stressful.
Home visits allow me to see your pets where they’re most comfortable and offer tailored husbandry advice where needed.
At its heart, Fur, Feathers & Scales Mobile Vet is about bringing compassionate, personalised veterinary care to pets and the people who love them.
Meet Dr Izzy
Hi, I’m Dr Izzy, your mobile veterinarian!
My veterinary journey began in 2018, working as a veterinary nurse in a clinic with cats, dogs and exotic pets. I’d always loved cats and dogs, but it was there that I discovered a passion for the unique personalities and little quirks of exotic animals.
After six years of nursing and studying, I graduated from the University of Sydney in 2024 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
Since then, I’ve gained experience in general practice, exotic pets, wildlife, emergency and shelter medicine. These roles have taught me the value of patience, understanding and tailoring my approach to each animal’s needs.
Having cared for a variety of animals, I understand just how special the bond between people and their pets can be, from a tiny canary to a giant Great Dane.
Starting this mobile vet service has been a long-held dream, and I’m so excited to bring it to life. I look forward to meeting you and your furry, feathered and scaly companions!

Some common services are listed here, but many others are available.
Consultations include an examination and assessment of your pet.
Routine care and injection prices are for standalone visits. Prices differ when added to a consultation.
Additional fees apply for extended consultations, medications, diagnostic tests and treatments. Surcharges apply for weekend, after-hours and public-holiday visits.

“From” prices are starting prices. I’ll send an estimate after you request a booking.
A 50% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due at your consultation.

Service Areas & Travel Fees
I offer home visits throughout Greater Western Sydney and surrounding areas. I’m also happy to travel further.
Local Service Area
Travel is included in the consultation fee for clients in Camden, Narellan, Oran Park, Harrington Park, Gregory Hills, Mount Annan and surrounding suburbs.
Outside the Local Area
For locations outside the local area, an additional travel fee of $2.50 per kilometre applies. This is calculated based on the return trip.
All prices include GST. Any additional travel costs will be included in the estimate provided after you request a booking.
